Bougle Mk VII Reels
A timeless classic. Over 100 years ago Louis Bouglé needed a reel light enough and with enough line capacity for the new lighter rods of the time. So he asked Hardy and we came up with the superb, original Bouglé reel. Since that first model was listed in our 1903 catalogue, the basic design has remained the same, though we've tweaked and improved it, so that this new Bouglé incorporates all the best features of 106 years of Hardy reel making. With the style and feel of the much loved Bouglé Mk IV, this all new MkVII, with its anodised high-grade aluminium spool, stainless steel spindle and nickel-silver line guard is, we think you will agree, the best Bouglé by far!
