Presenting the completely re-designed, ever popular Hardy Demon fly rod, featuring an outstanding light weight and with faster recovery with superior Sintrix 330 blank construction.
Built from a Sintrix 330 blank construction, this process bonds the carbon fibres in the blank together using a 3M resin of silica nano spheres. These spheres evenly surround every individual carbon fibre filament and are able to resist pressure and compression from any angle due to their shape.
This enhances the rod blanks durability massively and the Sintrix 330 gives up to 30% increase in compressive strength compared to traditional carbon fibre. It is also designed to give increased strength to weight ratio and improved in hand balance.
The blank is easy loading with high recovery for incredible performance and there is a bar stock 6061 aluminium reel seat with a hard wood insert on the reverse half wells models and an alloy insert on the full wells models.
Each rod has a 4 piece construction, fitted with high quality Fuji guides and a hook keeper ring to wind your line in tight. The cosmetics include a stunning metallic olive blank with high quality grade cork handles.
The Hardy Demon is available in a wide range of models for you to select from our drop down menu. Each rod is supplied with a custom aluminium tube with engraved metal end caps.
