Order Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are normally dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier within 24 hours. We reserve the right to select a different method of carriage at our discretion.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery or 14 days of the order being placed respectively. No claims will be investigated after this period.
Returns
We offer a full money back guarantee for all faulty items. To qualify you must email us with details of the fault within 3 days of the goods arriving and await our reply. We may then ask you to return your goods, which must be received by us within 14 days of the original receipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund. Prior to sending your item back, please email us to explain the fault and await our reply. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund for any other reason than the item is faulty or is not as described on our site, in this case a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made, you must notify us immediately. If the item has not been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund. If the order has been dispatched then our you will be subject to our returns procedure (see above).
Payment
We accept payment by Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, JCB and Laser. All credit/debit card details given to this site are secure. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as "Angler's Choice". Those wishing to pay by cheque have the option to print an order form and post us their order with payment by cheque. United Kingdom cheques only please. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods dispatched.

All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Postage and Packaging
UK Terms
All orders will be sent within 24 hours of cleared payment, subject to availability. Orders paid for by cheque will be sent approximately 7 working days after the cheque is received, this allows for the cheque to be banked and to clear.
All products ordered before 1pm will be dispatched that day, subject to stock availability. Item will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery .
Flies / Fly lines and other very small light packages will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a cost of £2.50

Special Delivery (Saturdays)
Royal Mail Special Delivery depends on weight and prices can be emailed.
All deliveries Must be signed for at the shipping address given to us by the customer. Should we not be able to deliver the ordered products, a card from the courier will be left at the delivery premises notifying you that you have 5 days to arrange delivery/collection of the goods. If this is not completed in the above timescale then the products will be returned to us. This will incur an additional handling charge equivalent to the delivery charge applicable to your order being sent. Should you wish us to rearrange delivery again, this will incur a further delivery charge equivalent to that of the original delivery charge.
European and other Destinations
For all orders please e-mail us for delivery charges as they will vary depending on the destination. We can assure you we will get the best price possible.
